✦ Terms of Service ✦

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service listed below.

General ✦
- Commissioned work and Designs will always be a digital file.
- Pieces will either be linked to the commissioner through the message system of the site used to contact me or files will be directly sent by email.
- Commissions/Designs are for personal use only. No NFTS. No AI.
I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

Payment ✦
- I take payment through Paypal or Cashapp.
- Payment is taken upfront and in full. If I am being paid through Paypal this will be done through an invoice.
- Please don’t send money on your own accord/before asked.
- By commissioning me or purchasing a design you are paying for a service. Specifically the service of me spending time and effort to complete your commission or spent working on designs.

Process ✦
- Clear visual references for original characters are required. I can not go primarily off of description alone. - Pose references are also appreciated (Poses can be described in text but visuals are preferred) Moodboards are appreciated for custom character commissions, but not required.
- Work on a commission begins sometime during the weekend following the day I’ve been paid. I also continue working on the weekends. (I don’t work on commissions through Mon-Thurs)
- Once the sketch is finished it will be sent to the commissioner to let them know I have started. Requests for changes to the sketch can be made at this time.
- I will not send further progress pics unless asked.
Sketch commissions will not have a progress pic sent.
- I do not have a set art style. It changes frequently. Please do not ask me to mimic older styles I may have used for previous pieces.

Adopts/Designs ✦
- Do not claim my designs as your own.
- Do not use them for AI training or NFTs.
- For personal use only.
- Please do not immediately resell after buying. If you choose to resell please do not sell my designs for more than the price you paid for them.

Changes/Alterations ✦
- Minor changes to a finished commission are free (ex. facial expression change,coloring mistakes)
- You will be charged extra for major changes (ex. outfit change ,posing change, anything that would requiring me to change/redraw a large portion of the piece)
- Please make sure to be clear in describing what you want when commissioning me.

Usage Policy ✦
- I hold the rights to the commissioned work, meaning I am allowed to use it to promote myself, post them to portfolios, sites, etc. I only occasionally post finished work to my socials, however if the commissioner asks me not to I won’t.
- As the commissioner, you may use commissioned art for personal use only, meaning icons,wallpapers,themes,other personal site display and things of that nature. You may use the art for self promotion and claim the rights to characters drawn (Not the art itself). I must be credited somewhere.
- You may not use the art for crypto-related productions like Non Fungible Tokens/NFTs. You may not use it to teach AI.

Cancelling/Refund Policy ✦
- If payment has not been sent yet the commissioner is allowed to cancel the commission.
- Once I have made it clear that I have started working on the commission, be this through a progress sketch or plain text, you cannot ask me for a refund.
